UAE Immigration has changed their policy for unused & expired Visas (All Categories) from immediate effect.

As per the new rule, all unused & expired VISAs must be cancelled from the VISA system, with Applicable Cancellation Charges before applying for a New VISA Application.
Kindly reconfirm with all your clients, in case they have an old VISA which they didn’t use, they will have to get that VISA cancelled.
Cancellation charges will be applicable accordingly.
Please be informed that old visa can only be cancelled from the supplier, who issued the VISA.
It is important to inform the client, that if they will not cancel their unused VISA, their New VISA Application will be rejected immediately.
